Launching of Project "S.A.F.E 360°" Program

On March 5, 2026, from 09:00 AM onwards, San Rafael Municipal Police Station (MPS), under the supervision of PLTCOL PROTOM GUEVARRA, ACOP, together with the Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) personnel, successfully conducted the launching of the Project SAFE 360° Program at Lydia Villangca Trade School, Brgy. Ulingao, San Rafael, Bulacan.
The activity was participated by the Grade 10 students at the said school.

The Project SAFE 360° Program aims to promote awareness and strengthen community participation in preventing violence, abuse, and exploitation, particularly those affecting women and children. The program encourages individuals to report incidents through proper authorities and emphasizes the importance of collective responsibility in maintaining a safe environment.

Furthermore, the initiative provides participants with knowledge of their rights, responsibilities, and available support services. Through this program, the community is empowered to actively contribute to building a safer, more informed, and resilient environment founded on respect, accountability, and cooperation.

SECURITY COVERAGE SA BSU SAN RAFAEL

Noong ika-1 ng Marso 2026, ang mga tauhan ng San Rafael Municipal Police Station (MPS), sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ni PLTCOL PROTOM E GUEVARRA, ACOP, ay nagbigay ng police presence at security coverage sa isinagawang BSU Admission Test na ginanap sa Bulacan State University – San Rafael Campus, na matatagpuan sa Bypass Road, Brgy. San Roque, San Rafael, Bulacan.

Ang aktibidad na ito ay naglalayong magbigay ng agarang presensya ng kapulisan bilang panangga laban sa kriminalidad at upang mapalakas ang tiwala ng mamamayan sa kapulisan sa loob ng AOR.
