What is Goal Setting and How to Do it Well Goal setting is the first step towards planning for the future, and play a fundamental role in the development of skills in various facets of life.

There will always be a first time for anything we choose to do in life.

In other words, you shouldn’t let the fact that you haven’t done something stop you from doing that thing.

Maybe others are encouraging us to do something that is out of our comfort zone, maybe we find reasons to avoid it, but deep inside we just don’t have the courage.

But think of the things that we did for the first time and surprisingly results in success. If we fail, it’s okay, that doesn’t mean that we are a failure.

We can call ourselves a failure if we NEVER try.
