How does it feel to merge your body with the cover of a book?

Euphoric, of course! 😍 Blending ourselves with our surroundings and connecting them to a catalyst of change – literature, especially books – is truly a unique experience.

Let us take a look at Grade 7 – Newton’s 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗬𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗖. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘇 and her impressive 𝕭𝖔𝖔𝖐 𝕱𝖆𝖈𝖊 entry, where she seamlessly merges her face with the cover of Samantha Abeel’s 𝘔𝘺 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘩 𝘞𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳. Her work has been hailed as the best entry among 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝘆𝗿𝗮 𝗘. 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗴's English classes.

Do you believe that there is more to life than the four corners of our classroom?

Well, well, well 😉. Reading can take us to places we cannot reach physically but can let us venture beyond our own territory. Cheers to a 🄻🄾🄲🄰🄻 🅆🄸🅃🅃🅈 🄻🄸🄽🄴 presented by Grade 8 – Aristotle’s 𝗞𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗙. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼 who asserts that everyone needs to "𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘧𝘢𝘳 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰m𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘻𝘰𝘯𝘦”.

Isn’t it the perfect answer for students who reject reading activities? For those who prefer to stay within their comfort zones and hesitate to try something new? Here’s a line you can definitely utter with pride!

Kianna Lindsay’s line has outshone the outputs of her peers and classmates from 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖. 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻's English classes. She believes that reading goes far beyond the walls of her classroom – somewhere she cannot reach physically but she can vividly experience through the pages of her books.
