𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | On March 07, 2026, at DMMMSU MLUC Main Covered Court,San Fernando City, La Union, CICOSAT ROTC Unit and DMMMSU-MLUC ROTC Unit actively participated in the 9𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐌-𝐖𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟐9𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲.

The activity was conducted under the leadership of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐃𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐃 𝐀 𝐓𝐀𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐁𝐀𝐍 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐈𝐍𝐅 𝐏𝐀, 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏0𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝟏0𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐃𝐂) and Reservist Personnel of the 103rd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (103rd RRIBn). The successful implementation of this initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts and generous support of partner institutions, including the 𝐈𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 – 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐈𝐓𝐑𝐌𝐂-𝐍𝐕𝐁𝐒𝐏), 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐈𝐧𝐜., 𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐡𝐚 𝐏𝐡𝐢 𝐎𝐦𝐞𝐠𝐚 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐉𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐂𝐒𝐈 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐃𝐌𝐌𝐌𝐒𝐔-𝐌𝐋𝐔𝐂 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐈𝐂𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭.

This meaningful activity reflects the ROTC cadets’ commitment to service, leadership, and patriotism.Each drop of blood donated represents hope, life, and solidarity within the community.
