It packs maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h and gusts up to 215 km/h, expected to make landfall over Aurora tonight or early tomorrow before crossing Northern Luzon.

⚠️ La Union residents should brace for storm-force winds, heavy rainfall, and possible coastal flooding. Avoid sea travel and stay indoors as the typhoon passes.

Just as the stars align to form patterns in the night sky, these officers stand together to form a council of leadership, each one a vital force in shaping a year of discovery and innovation.

Like scientists and inventors before us, we will ask questions where others remain silent, search for answers where others turn away, and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
