The UST Electrical Engineering Department extends its warmest congratulations to our esteemed Part-Time and Industry-Affiliated Faculty, Engr. Esel Alyssa S. Dimapilis, MBA, on her recent research publication in IEEE Xplore!

Her paper, titled “Automated Fault Detection and Response in Radial Sub-Transmission Lines Supplying Industrial and Commercial Customers Using Smart Mapping and Alerts,” offers a significant contribution to the modernization of fault management strategies in the power sector.

This research was notably presented at the 2025 25th Conference of the Electric Power Supply Industry (CEPSI) in Singapore and was officially added to the IEEE Xplore digital library on February 25, 2026.
