Event Details

📍COMMON INQUIRIES / QUESTIONS :

1. Do you accept registration on the day of the event?
👉 Yes. Walk-in registration is allowed on May 1, 2026. Registration starts at 7AM
👉 Registration Fee: ₱100 per person

2. What does the ₱100 registration fee include?
👉 One (1) raffle ticket
👉 Food (lunch)
👉 Access to all event activities

3. How much is the Official T-shirt?
👉 150 pesos (we suggest: pre-order)

4. What is the purpose of online pre-registration?
👉 To estimate attendance
👉 To prepare enough souvenir T-shirts
👉 To speed up on-site registration

5. Is pre-registration required?
👉 No, but it is highly encouraged to avoid long lines and secure perks early.

📍 RAFFLE GUIDELINES

6. Will each participant receive only one raffle ticket?
✅Yes. Each registered participant gets one (1) raffle ticket only.

7. Who is eligible to win raffle prizes?
✅ Only participants who:
• Paid the ₱100 registration fee
• Are physically present during the raffle draw

8. If a winner is not present, will they still receive the prize?
❌ No.
➡️ The prize will be redrawn to another winner.

9. Can someone claim the raffle prize on behalf of the winner?
❌ No proxies allowed.
➡️The winner must personally claim the prize.

📍RICE GIVEAWAY (5 KILOS)

10. Will only 700 participants receive rice?
✅ Yes. Only the first 700 registered participants are eligible.

11. What are the conditions to receive the rice?
You must:
• Be part of the first 700 registrants
• Have paid the ₱100 registration
• Be physically present during distribution

12. Can someone claim the rice on my behalf?
❌ No.
➡️ No proxies allowed for rice distribution.

13. What happens if I am not present during rice distribution?
❌ You will forfeit your slot.

14. Is the T-shirt included in the registration fee?
❌ No. It is sold separately.

15. Can I reserve a T-shirt in advance?
✅ Yes, through pre-registration (subject to availability).

16. Can I still buy a T-shirt on the event day?
✅ Yes, but limited stocks only.
