>HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND AREAS
>>In the next 24 hours, the Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Tropical Depression "FLORITA" will bring moderate to heavy with at times intense rains over MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Quezon, Western Visayas, and Samar provinces. Meanwhile, light to moderate with at times heavy rains will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of CALABARZON and Visayas. Under these conditions, scattered flooding and rain-induced landslides are likely, especially in areas that are highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards as identified in hazard maps and in areas with significant antecedent rainfall.
