Security Bank, a long-time advocate of community building and women empowerment, was cited in 2021 by Asiamoney as ranking highest among Asian and Philippine banks in terms of the number of women in senior management roles—with 58% of women employees holding senior positions.

Today, we continue to pay tribute to women leaders like 2015 Bravo Woman for Social Service Ruth Callanta of the Center for Community Transformation (CCT) Group of Ministries. CCT empowers women in marginalized communities, including but not limited to tribal groups, street-dwellers, and others, to be advocates of financial stewardship and sustainability.
