LIST OF QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR
BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The IICT Department proudly releases the Official List of Qualified Applicants for enrollment to the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) Program.

📂 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• All original copies and one (1) photocopy of each document
• Place all documents in a long brown envelope labeled with your full name (Surname, Given Name, Middle Name)
📄 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱:
• SF9 Form or Report Card
• PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
• Two (2) pieces 2x2 ID pictures (white background)
• Diploma (photocopy)

📌 Kindly submit your documents to our department secretary, Ma’am Chell Aguinaldo-Escubio, at the IICT Faculty Office, ISUR-Newsite. Thank you.

📌 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁: Confirm your slot by submitting the required documents. Applicants who fail to confirm within the given period will forfeit their slot and it will be offered to those on the waiting list.

Please be informed that the enrollment schedule for the BSIT Program will be on June 4–8, 2026.
