A celebration was held at Kasiglahan Village National High School as Kasiglahenyos came together to observe “Feb-Ibig Day 2026,“ on February 13, 202).

The campus was filled with excitement as creative booths and interactive activities were set up throughout the day.

Booths such as Snap and click booth, Feb-Ibig Store, Love Lock, Love song playlist, and Open Mic were prepared by the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), where students could capture memorable moments and purchase themed items.

The “Marked by Love” booth was organized by SWAT, while the Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) featured a “Kissy Face” booth, and the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) facilitated the “Friendly Scout Booth.”

YES-O promoted heartfelt expression with the “A Love Letter To…” booth, and the Math Club’s “Arrow to My Heart” combined fun and competition. A “Blind Date” booth by the ESP and BKD clubs sparked curiosity, while the Red Cross Youth (RCY) showcased the “String of Love,” symbolizing unity.

The Araling Panlipunan (AP) and Science Clubs created a “Cupid Corner” for lighthearted interactions, and the “Love Oracle” booth, offered by KC and Bagwis, provided playful advice. The TLE and Filipino Clubs set up a “Marriage Booth” for mock ceremonies. Lastly, the MAPEH Club energized the event with “Love Detention,” adding humor and fun.

The event was successfully carried out through the collaborative efforts of the school’s clubs and organizations.

Kasiglahan Village National High School (KVNHS) hosted the 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 )𝗟𝗦) 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 )𝗧𝗩𝗘𝗧) 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 )𝗧𝗪𝗚) Activities on 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, in line with the Department of Education’s efforts to monitor and strengthen the implementation of technical-vocational programs in public schools.

The activity was conducted pursuant to BCD-OD-2026-0030 and Division Memorandum No. 48, s. 2026, which provided guidelines for the monitoring of EPP/TLE, SPTVE, and TVL/TP tracks.

The program formally opened with a welcome message from 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗖. 𝗘𝗿𝗻𝗶, Education Program Supervisor, who emphasized collaboration and honest assessment among Teachers, Parents, and Students to improve the delivery of technical-vocational education. He highlighted that recognizing existing challenges is a necessary step toward meaningful improvement.

The participation allowed the TWG to gather diverse perspectives on program implementation and learning experiences.
The activity aimed to ensure compliance with existing policies, standards, and guidelines governing technical-vocational education. It also sought to review the technical objectives and operational mechanics of the TWG, including its composition, manpower allocation, and the availability of learning resources essential to effective instruction.

During the monitoring and evaluation sessions, TWG members assessed current practices and identified gaps related to facilities, instructional materials, and human resources. Emphasis was placed on the importance of openly discussing shortcomings, as acknowledging deficiencies helps address existing gaps and improve program delivery.

The LS–TVET TWG Activities concluded with recommendations intended to guide future planning and interventions. The activity underscored KVNHS’s commitment to continuous improvement and strengthened collaboration among students, parents, and teachers in advancing quality technical-vocational education.

The 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗬𝗘𝗦-𝗢) of DepEd Tayo Blue Rizal Kasiglahan Village National High School led a school-wide clean-up drive, joining unity with various clubs and organizations on January 10, 2026.

The activity began with preparation and orientation led by 𝙈𝙖'𝙖𝙢 𝙇𝙞𝙚𝙯𝙚𝙡 𝙇𝙖𝙗𝙤, YES-O Coordinator, and 𝙈𝙖'𝙖𝙢 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙖 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙖, YES-O Co-Coordinator.

Participants were briefed to be organized and responsible, and to follow proper procedures while cleaning.

Students tidied classrooms and maintained the school grounds, resulting in 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 20 𝙎𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙.

Ma’am Liezel stated that they also encountered multiple challenges during the said activity.

“The struggles that we encountered are the first one is the time and also the people that will attend this activity, because it's hard to communicate if there's not enough time for the activity,” said 𝙈𝙖'𝙖𝙢 𝙇𝙖𝙗𝙤.

She added, “This time po kasi na nagkaroon na, mas maeencourage sila na maglinis o magkaroon ulit ng clean up drive kasi para naman sakanila 'to, hindi lang para satin lang pero sa lahat ng nag aaral dito, nagtatrabaho at saka sa mga community na natin sa paligid natin.”

Today’s clean-up drive showed the school community’s dedication to creating a cleaner and more sustainable school.

Kasiglahan Village National High School launched “1 𝙆𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙮𝙤𝙨 𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣-𝙐𝙥 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚 2.0” in celebration of the school’s 25th Founding Anniversary in synergy with St. Peter Ville Phase 1B Suburban, San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal, this 𝑵𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 29,2025.

The program started with an orientation led by 𝙎𝙞𝙧 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙤 𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙤, SSLG Advisor, followed by a coordinated series of clean-up activities facilitated by the 𝗬𝗘𝗦-𝗢 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, the 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗦𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 )𝗪𝗠𝗦𝗥𝗣𝗖 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗺), and various clubs and organizations of KVNHS.

Student leaders, volunteers, and officers-in-charge proceed to assigned areas to conduct sweeping, waste collection, segregation, and clearing operations.

In line with this school-wide initiative, a Weekly Clean-Up Drive is also being conducted in St. Peter Ville Phase 1B Sub-Urban of Barangay San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal.

This ongoing project is carried out under the directive of Barangay 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗻 𝗦. 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮, in partnership with the Benro Department headed by Carillo Benito Mavic, along with the Benro/MRF staff and Barangay Area 6, led by O.I.C. Edgar Degucena.

These efforts collectively highlight the importance of collaboration between the school and the community in promoting cleanliness, discipline, and environmental care for a safer and healthier neighborhood.

𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (KVNHS) brought literary characters to life and promoted literacy through holding a Cosplay Event yesterday, 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝙖𝙨 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

It started with a parade and ended with the awarding of the Best Cosplayers, where 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙂7 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙤, dressed as Pennywise, and 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙘𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙤𝙖𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙂8 𝙅𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙒𝙖𝙩𝙩, dressed as Little Red Riding Hood, had won.

Grade levels from Grade 7 to 10 participated in the event, and with the help of English Club Officers and the English Department, the program went smoothly.
