Good day.
Please be advised that we will be conducting a scheduled preventive maintenance on our fiber link between the Makati Data Center and Rizal Data Center.
🗓 Date: January 8, 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00 PM to 11:59 PM
As part of this activity, an OTDR test will be performed to identify and correct minor link-related issues to ensure service reliability.
⚠️ Possible Service Impact:
Customers may experience a temporary service interruption of approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour at any time within the maintenance window.
This proactive maintenance is necessary to maintain and improve the quality and stability of our network services.
