First and foremost, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the concerned customers and nail technicians who took the time to report and share their experiences regarding our JL Essentials Silver Cap Gel Polish Primer. We are truly thankful for your honesty, vigilance, and continued trust in our brand. Customers like you help us maintain the quality and standards that JL Essentials stands for.

After conducting a thorough investigation, we discovered that a recent batch of our JL Essentials Silver Cap Gel Polish Primer underwent an unannounced formulation change by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, JL Essentials was not informed that the product had been reformulated to a HEMA-FREE and TPO-FREE version prior to shipment.

While we support safer and more advanced formulations, this unexpected change resulted in a significantly slower setting time compared to the original formula. More importantly, we found that the new formulation became incompatible with several existing JL Gel products, which may cause gel polish applications and nail extension systems to lift prematurely.

As soon as this issue was confirmed, we immediately initiated a product pull-out of the affected batch.

To resolve this matter, we are currently tracing all customers who purchased the affected 770 units during the sales period stated above. All affected customers will be eligible for a FREE replacement with our original formulation Silver Cap Gel Polish Primer.

If you purchased this product between April 1, 2026 and May 19, 2026, we kindly ask you to contact us and provide your proof of purchase so we can assist you with the replacement process as soon as possible.
