SUBJECT: SUSPENSION OF WORK AND COURT OPERATIONS FROM 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM ON APRIL 7, 2026

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC!
Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 02-2026 dated March 8, 2026, IN RE: Adoption of Flexible Work Arrangements and Energy Conservation Measures in the Judiciary, this Court hereby adopts the following work arrangement to ensure the continuous, efficient, and uninterrupted delivery of judicial services:

Monday - Work-from-Home (WFH) with Skeleton Workforce
Tuesday to Friday - On-Site Work

Availability and Continuity of Services:
Personnel under the work-from-home arrangement shall remain accessible during office hours through official communication channels and shall ensure the timely performance of their duties.

THE FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS HEREIN PRESCRIBED SHALL COMMENCE ON MARCH 9, 2026, AND SHALL REMAIN IN FORCE UNTIL MODIFIED OR LIFTED BY THE SUPREME COURT.

The Municipal Trial Court, Rizal, Cagayan joins the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women, running from November 25 to December 12, 2025. Guided by the national theme, “UNiTEd for a VAW-Free Philippines (2022–2027),” MTC-Rizal, Cagayan reaffirms its commitment to supporting the nation’s efforts to eliminate gender-based violence and safeguard the rights, safety, and dignity of all women and girls.
