WATCH: 73-year-old Fe Esperanza Castor-Pangan has been a girl scout more than half of her life, inspired by her older brother Roberto Castor. As she visits the gravestone of her brother at the Manila North Cemetery, one of the boy scouts who died from a plane crash in July 1963, she remembers the legacy left by her brother.
