The Faculty of Education (FEd) and the Office of Gender Concerns (OGC) will hold the official launch of the MOOC on SRGBV and webinar titled “Mapping School-Related Gender-Based Violence: Foundations, Frameworks, and Findings,” on 09 March 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, at the Audio Visual Room (AVR), UPOU Headquarters and via Zoom.

Serving as resource speaker is Mr. Ivan Jim S. Layugan, Director for Research and Policy Development at Rainbow Rights Philippines, who will share insights on the foundations, key frameworks, and research findings that help map and address school-related gender-based violence.
