GUIDELINES:
1. The tournament is open for 14-16 years old only.
2. The maximum mumber of players per team is limited to 5 persons only, minimum of 4 players.
3. No switching of players once the tournament starts.
4. Posting of is required.
4. Submission of Waiver and Release Liability Form, Valid IDs of players and Valid IDs of parent/guardians are required. No requirements, no admission.
