Finance Specialist
Dubai(Business Bay)

Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
• Record daily transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping
• Process invoices, expenses, and vendor payments
• Reconcile bank accounts, digital wallets, and payment platforms (UPI,
PayPal, Paytm, etc.)
• Assist in KYC verification and payment issue resolution

Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Support management with basic budget and variance analysis
• Monitor cash flow and payment statuses

Compliance & Controls
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations
• Support internal audits and prepare documentation
• Identify potential errors or discrepancies in financial records

Cross-Functional Support
• Collaborate with operations, payments, and risk teams
• Assist in financial tasks related to fraud detection or transaction verification

Requirements
• Preferable Chinese or Filipino nationality
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• 1+ year finance/accounting experience in Online Casino or e-commerce
• Familiar with accounting software (Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, ERP)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and local regulations

Preferred
• Experience with digital payments or Online Casino accounting
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Experience with reconciliations and internal controls
Salary:
• AED 3,500 per month (Base: AED 2,500 + Performance Bonus: AED 1,000)
