If you know me, you know this journey did not start easy. Since high school, I’ve dealt with severe acne and stubborn dark marks. Even in my 30s, same struggle. Third photo says hi 👋🏽 I honestly thought this was something I’d have to live with forever.

Like most of us, I tried everything I could afford. Products. Procedures. Hype. Hope. Still nothing worked. Turns out, it’s hormonal acne from PCOS.

What changed?
Lifestyle tweaks. Choosing healthier options. Moving my body more. And actually being consistent with skincare instead of hopping from one product to another.

No overnight magic. Just showing up for my skin every day.
