Let’s talk about giving to the Church.
This might be uncomfortable… but it needs to be said.

Giving is biblical.
Honoring God with what we have is good.
But pressure, guilt, and fear? That’s not how the Bible calls us to give.

Scripture never teaches believers to give out of fear of losing God’s favor or blessing. Instead, it calls us to give with a willing, joyful, and surrendered heart.

God isn’t asking you to give what you don’t have. He’s not honored by reluctant or pressured giving. He desires hearts that trust Him.

He cares about your heart.
He cares about your needs.
And He sees your faith, even when what you can give seems small.

If you’re struggling financially, don’t believe the lie that you’re less faithful because you can’t give as much as someone else. And don’t think God loves you more because you gave more.

Support your local church. Be generous. Meet needs. Honor God with what He has entrusted to you.

But give because you love Him.
Give because you trust Him.
Give as He leads you, not because someone made you feel guilty or afraid.

Because in the end, God is after more than your money.
He’s after your heart. 🤍🙏🏻
