Combine all ingredients in a pot except the veggies and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until the pata is tender and the sauce is nicely thickened. If it dries up, simply pour in more water as needed. Dip the carrots and pechay in a separate hot boiling water and then, place them on top of Pork Pata, and simmer once more. Then you’re finished. 😊🍽
