The conduct of this activity is in line with the Government Procurement Policy Board Resolution No. 09-2025, which approves PS-DBM’s recommendation to decommission PhilGEPS 1.5, with key milestones—such as the last day of posting of new procurement opportunities by all procuring entities—to take place in the first quarter of 2026.
