The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur (PGAS) through the Upland Sustainable Agri-Forestry Development (USAD) Coordinating Unit successfully conducted the USAD Site Visitation and Government-on-Wheels last October 22, 2025 in Barangay Sto. NiΓ±o, Bayugan City, bringing essential government services closer to the people.

Residents were able to avail of free medical and dental consultations, haircuts, massages, and distribution of medicines. Various national agencies joined the event, including the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), National Bureau of Investagation (NBI), the Philippine Red Cross - Agusan del Sur Chapter, and others, offering their frontline services on site.

The initiative aims to make government services more accessible, especially for those in far-flung communities.

Leading the site visitation were District II Representative Adolph Edward G. Plaza and District I Representative Alfelito M. Bascug, together with members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and officials from the City Government of Bayugan. The officials also checked on the progress of the Upland Sustainable Agri-forestry Development (USAD) program and engaged with its beneficiaries.
