Today, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and patriotism of our heroes who fought for the freedom we enjoy today.

As members of the 4-H Maya Municipal Federation – Pototan, we celebrate not only our nation's independence but also our shared responsibility to build a stronger, more progressive, and sustainable future for our communities.

Guided by the 4-H ideals of Head, Heart, Hands, and Health, may we continue to serve as responsible youth leaders, advocates of agriculture, and catalysts of positive change.

Let us remember that true freedom comes with responsibility, unity, and active participation in nation-building.

Today, we celebrate not only your birthday but also your dedication and commitment to the youth and agriculture sector of Pototan.

Thank you for being a very hands-on and supportive Municipal Agriculturist. Your guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support to the 4-H Club have greatly contributed to our growth and success. We are truly grateful and blessed to have a mentor like you.

Because of your leadership and support, 4-H Maya Pototan continues to set standards in the implementation of Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs), empowering young people to become responsible leaders and active partners in agricultural development.

May God continue to bless you with good health, happiness, wisdom, and success as you continue to inspire and serve our community.

4-𝙃 𝙈𝘼𝙔𝘼 𝙏𝙋𝙇 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙨

4-H MAYA has successfully concluded its Think. Plan. Lead: 4-H Youth Empowerment Training on Strategic Planning and Critical Thinking with the theme "From Vision to Action: Shaping Globally Competitive 4-H Leaders" held from May 27-29, 2026, at PMPC Pool, Brgy. Cau-Ayan, Pototan, Iloilo.
The activity led by Aljon P. Grande, Federation President, together with selected officers.

A total of 22 participants attended the training and demonstrated active involvement, commitment to learning, and dedication to developing leadership, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills.

The training aimed to address existing gaps by providing the participants with practical tools and knowledge to transform ideas to concrete action.

The event features the following speakers: Hon. John Denver S. Sabando, Most Outstanding 4-H Member of the Philippines awardee, Sir Daryl T. Lutero, CPU Social Science Faculty Member, and Sir Heber Paul C. Dalen, Teacher I, Gama Integrated School.

Moreover, the Municipal Agriculture Office-Pototan served as the training management team (TMT), led by Sir Gilbert B. Quimba, MA, together with Ma'am Allyza Joy T. Bolivar, Municipal Coordinator; Ma'am Vanissa Mae C. Ebron; Ma'am Niña Shen B. Castillo, AT; and Sir Freddie Dabobor, Driver.

Special thanks to everyone who shared their time, knowledge, and support in making this training meaningful and successful. Your dedication continues to inspire and empower young leaders toward purposeful service and leadership.

The 4-H Maya Federation of Pototan proudly introduces our Day 3 Resource Speaker, 𝗛𝗘𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗔𝗨𝗟 𝗖. 𝗗𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗡 — an educator, youth advocate, environmental champion, writer, debater, and inspiring public speaker dedicated to empowering the youth through leadership, education, and social responsibility.

From championing environmental initiatives and mental health advocacy to mentoring young leaders and promoting sustainable development, his journey reflects commitment, excellence, and genuine service to the community.
