Three of the delegates in the 2026 Regional Scouts Youth Forum of Outfit 274 namely
CSR 2 Alijah Broncano Ampao, former CSR 1 Hezekiah Ezra Masindo Ortiz ,Vice Chairman of Steering Committee of this year RSYF Louis Franz Sionicio together with other Mayon Albay Council scout delegates joins the mangrove planting at San Rafael, Tinambac Camarines Sur on Valentine's Day.
