A meaningful gathering dedicated to shaping a better future. This Assembly featured the formal introduction of officers from different organizations under 𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐆 and their respective organizations—𝐏𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐢 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (PYO), 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦𝐨 (KKDAT), and the 4-𝐇 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 (Head, Heart, Hands, Health). Each of these organizations presented their plans focused on leadership development, community engagement, advocacy for a drug-free and safe environment, and programs that promote holistic growth among the youth.

Awili leaf is the botanical namesake of our barangay, its presence in the PYO logo that represents more than just nature, it represents our culture, heritage, and the "Wili" spirit that keeps the Pawileños youth united.

This logo features 7 stars to represent the 7 zones, the Moroporo (the Pleiades star cluster) coming together and symbolizing guidance and unity of the youth, highlighting the importance of nurturing community ties.
