Matagumpay na naisagawa ang kauna-unahang Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) Meeting sa Bayan ng Malidegao na ginanap sa Municipal Hall, na dinaluhan ng iba’t ibang kinatawan mula sa mga pangunahing sektor ng komunidad.

Layunin ng MAC, alinsunod sa implementasyon ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), na palakasin ang koordinasyon ng mga ahensya at stakeholders, tiyakin ang epektibong paghahatid ng serbisyo sa mga benepisyaryo, at tugunan ang mga isyu na nakakaapekto sa kapakanan ng mga pamilyang kabilang sa programa. Kabilang din sa mga layunin nito ang pagpaplano ng mga interbensyon, pagbibigay ng rekomendasyon sa lokal na pamahalaan, at pagpapatibay ng suporta para sa matagumpay na implementasyon ng 4Ps.

Dinaluhan ang pulong ng mga kinatawan mula sa MBHTE, Youth Sector, IP Sector, Religious Sector, Office of the Mayor, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC), mga key personnel ng LGU, at mga kawani ng Ministry of Social Services Development (MSSD).

Sa pagpupulong, tinalakay ang ilang mahahalagang isyu at suliranin sa komunidad, kabilang ang kakulangan ng Philippine Identification System (PhilSys ID) at PSA Birth Certificates ng ilang miyembro ng pamilya sa iba’t ibang edad. Ang mga ito ay napagtuunan ng pansin at napagplanuhan ng mga konkretong hakbang upang matugunan sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang aksyon ng mga ahensya at sektor.

Ibinahagi rin ng mga 4Ps Case Managers ang mahahalagang impormasyon ukol sa mga alituntunin ng programa, kasalukuyang implementasyon, at mga susunod na hakbang upang higit pang mapabuti ang serbisyo para sa mga benepisyaryo.

Sa pagtatapos ng pulong, ipinahayag ng Office of the Mayor, sa pamamagitan ni Vice Mayor Omar “Travolta” Mongkal, ang kanilang buong suporta at pangako sa patuloy na pagpapatupad at pagpapalakas ng 4Ps Program sa Bayan ng Malidegao.

Patunay ang aktibidad na ito sa matibay na ugnayan ng lokal na pamahalaan at iba’t ibang sektor sa pagsusulong ng inklusibo at makataong serbisyo para sa bawat pamilyang Malidegaonon.

Nakiisa at naging katuwang ang Municipal Social Services Department (MSSD) ng Malidegao sa matagumpay na pagdiriwang ng Women’s Month Celebration 2026 na isinagawa ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Malidegao na may temang “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society” sa Covered Court, Brgy. Batulawan.

Dinaluhan ang aktibidad ng iba’t ibang sektor kabilang ang MSSD Malidegao, Rural Health Unit (RHU) Malidegao, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), mga g**o mula sa MBHTE Cluster 1 & 2, kabataan, mga kinatawan mula sa pitong (7) barangay, at mga kawani ng LGU.

Nagbigay ng mensahe ng suporta si Vice Mayor Omar S. Mongkal mula sa Office of the Vice Mayor, habang ang mensahe ng Punong Bayan na si Mayor Arnal M. Timan ng Office of the Mayor ay kinatawanan ni Municipal Administrator Nur Walid Timan.

Tampok sa programa ang orientation ukol sa protective laws for women na ibinahagi ni PCPT Vilma B. Dimaraw, Acting Chief of Police ng Malidegao Municipal Police Station (MPS). Gayundin, nagkaroon ng talakayan hinggil sa gender equality at inclusive society na pinangunahan ng ating Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer (MSWDO), Johara R. Kagui-Kusayin, RSW, MPA, mula sa MSSD Malidegao.

Pinangasiwaan ang kabuuang daloy ng programa ng GAD Focal Person na si Melanie Kidap, katuwang ang emcee na si Warda Ali, na nagbigay sigla sa aktibidad na naglalayong palakasin ang kamalayan at partisipasyon ng komunidad sa pagsusulong ng gender equality at inklusibong lipunan.

Patuloy ang MSSD Malidegao sa pakikiisa at pakikipagtulungan sa mga ganitong inisyatibo upang higit pang mapalakas ang adbokasiya para sa karapatan at kapakanan ng kababaihan at ng buong komunidad.

In line with the celebration of the 7th Bangsamoro Founding Anniversary a Medical Mission was successfully conducted on January 21, 2026, at G&L Resto and Catering Services, Pikit, Cotabato.

A total of 100 senior citizens from Malidegao benefited from the activity, receiving free medical check-ups, medicines, and family food packs, as part of our shared commitment to inclusive healthcare and social protection for the Bangsamoro people.

The activity was spearheaded by Haron D. Amer, RSW, the PSWDO of MSSD SGA, along with Benladin Maas, Administrative Officer V, and dedicated MSSD staff.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our valued guests and partners who supported and graced the activity:

𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐌𝐎𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐄 𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐓𝐇 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 | 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟏 𝐎𝐅 𝟐

Today marks the successful conduct of Day 1 of the Mobile Birth Registration at Barangay Nunguan, Malidegao, SGA, held at the Barangay Nunguan Covered Court on December 18, 2025.

This initiative aims to register children with no birth certificate, ensuring their right to identity and access to basic services. The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) served as the lead agency under the Child and Youth Welfare Program.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the strong collaboration of UNHCR, UNICEF, Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), Consortium of Bangsamoro Civil Society (CBCS), Local Civil Registry of Pikit Municipality, Brave Project and the Local Government Unit of Malidegao, with the full support of the Barangay Local Government Unit, LGU Malidegao, and the Local Civil Registry of Malidegao.

During the activity, target beneficiaries were able to process their birth registration free of charge. The PAO provided affidavits for free, barangay clearances were issued at no cost, and 2x2 ID pictures were also given for free through the generosity of a supportive counselor—making the service truly accessible to all.

This program reflects our shared commitment to ensuring that every child is recognized, registered, and protected, and that no child is left behind in the Bangsamoro region.

📌 Day 2 of the Mobile Birth Registration will continue tomorrow at Barangay Balungis—together, we move closer to securing every child’s right to a legal identity.

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗼, 𝗦𝗚𝗔, 𝘁𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

SPECIAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA, BARMM — Nagbigay ng tulong-pinansyal ang MSSD sa 10 pamilyang biktima ng sunog mula sa Brgy. Fort Pikit, Nalapaan, at Batulawan sa bayan ng Malidegao noong Nobyembre 21, 2025.

Sa pamamagitan ng Emergency Shelter Assistance (ESA) Program, pitong (7) pamilyang totally damaged ang kanilang mga tahanan ang tumanggap ng tig-PHP 30,000, habang tatlong (3) pamilyang may partially damaged na bahay ay nakatanggap ng tig-PHP 20,000 bilang suporta sa pagsasaayos at muling pagpapatayo ng kanilang tirahan.

Ang ESA Program ay bahagi ng tuloy-tuloy na adbokasiya ng MSSD na maghatid ng agarang tulong-pabahay para sa mga bulnerableng pamilya, komunidad, at Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) sa Bangsamoro na naapektuhan ng natural o human-induced disasters. (𝗝𝗠𝗠/𝗜𝗖𝗗)
