Let me share to you a lesson taken from Celebrate Recovery.
Celebrate Recovery (CR) is a Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program designed to help people overcome a wide range of "hurts, habits, and hang-ups". Founded in 1991, it uses biblical principles (specifically the Beatitudes) to provide a safe, anonymous community for healing from issues like addiction, anxiety, depression, and codependency.
