Baker Rob Iloilo

Baker Rob is a retired Dutchman living in Pavia, Iloilo.
Baking is his hobby and in his little Bakery he is baking several kinds of European breads like Multigrain with dates and nuts, Whole wheat, Swiss ZOPF bread and so on.
Besides breads also Butter or Cheese scones, a variety of British Pies, Crumpets, English Muffins, Oatmeal Cranberry cookies, etc.
We also produce sausages like the Dutch Fricandels and croquettes and the German Curry Wurst.
Especially for the coming Christmas we bake The STOLL, a Christmas bread full of fruits, nuts and Almond paste as well as the traditional Minced Pies.
