Wrong That Can Make Us Poor: Fear

In my years of teaching, training, writing, and speaking to aspiring entrepreneurs, isang common denominator na napansin kong pumipigil sa kanila to pursue their business ideas is the lack of courage.

I’ve also had my fair share of uncertainties and let me tell you na hindi naging madali para sa akin na i-overcome ang mga ito.

Heto ang iilan sa mga takot na pwede nating maranasan:

FEAR OF FAILURE - Natatakot mabigo sa mga pinaplano at gagawin.

FEAR OF REJECTION - Nagiging maramdamin at kung minsan, hindi kinakaya kung matanggihan.

FEAR OF WHAT OTHERS MIGHT SAY - Nangangamba kung ano ang opinyon ng ibang tao.

FEAR OF NOT KNOWING ENOUGH - Natatakot dahil kulang daw sa kaalaman.

FEAR OF SUCCESS - Natatakot maging matagumpay at hindi alam kung paano hawakan ang tagumpay.

Making decisions based on fear is not easy. Takot sumugal. Takot sumubok. Takot mag-umpisa ulit. Takot mag-decide. Takot lumabas sa comfort zone.

If fear becomes a constant thing in our lives, perhaps it is time to ask ourselves what is feeding this kind of mentality.

Kung gusto nating lumaya sa ganitong frame of mind, allow me to give you some things to think about:

√ We should change our mindset, our attitude, and how we see things. We should start looking at things from a different perspective. Palitan natin ang negativity with positivity.

√ Let us not focus on the things that we don’t have and instead, highlight on what we can do to achieve what we want to have.

Until we address these concerns, our financial situation will also unlikely change.

Hindi tayo uunlad at aasenso kung mayroon tayong 'poor mentality'. Hindi pa huli ang lahat. Let us act not later, but NOW!
