Sa inyong patuloy na tapat, makatao, at makabagong pamumuno, kayo ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon sa maraming kabataan na mangarap nang mas mataas at maglingkod nang mas mahusay. Ang inyong dedikasyon sa mabuting pamamahala ay patunay na ang tunay na liderato ay nakabatay sa integridad, pananagutan, at malasakit sa kapwa.

Dahil sa inyong halimbawa, mas marami sa aming kabataan ang nahihikayat na maging aktibo sa paglilingkod, maging responsable sa aming mga tungkulin, at maging bahagi ng positibong pagbabago sa lipunan.

Sa araw na ito, hangad namin ang inyong mabuting kalusugan, patuloy na kalakasan, at higit pang tagumpay sa inyong adhikaing makapaglingkod sa mamamayan. Nawa’y patuloy kayong gabayan ng Poong Maykapal sa inyong misyon para sa isang mas maunlad at mas makataong Pasig.
