QUALIFICATIONS:
⦁ At least 18 years of age
⦁ Must have completed at least 10 yrs. basic education or an ALS certificate of achievement with grade 10 equivalent holder
⦁ Must be a Filipino Citizen
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Registration form (the TVI/School will provide the file)
2. 2 pcs 1X1 ID white background
3. 2 pcs passport size ID with nametag, white background and formal attire (for Computer Systems Servicing NCII)
4. 3 Photocopies of Birth certificate or marriage certificate (if married)
5. 3 Photocopies of TOR/FORM 137/ FORM 138
6. 6 Photocopies of 1 Valid ID with 3 original signature (per copy)
7. 1 copy of Updated Resume
8. 3 Copies of Commitment of Undertaking (the TVI/School will provide the file)
8. 2 copies of Practicing COVID-19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace (visit: https://e-tesda.gov.ph/)
