A mentor once told me, “If you want to become better, surround yourself with people who are smarter and better than you.”
At first, medyo intimidating isipin na hindi ikaw yung “best” in the room. But I realized… growth really happens when you allow yourself to learn from people ahead of you.
Thankfully, I’ve been meeting the right people to add to my circle, people who are genuinely passionate about helping others understand how money works and how to create a better future financially.
Super grateful for the experience, the newfound friendships, especially kay Liza, and of course mentors like Sir Ron and many others who continuously share priceless wisdom with us.

kapag sobrang naka-focus tayo sa “may sakit ako,” minsan unconsciously mas lalo nating nililimitahan yung sarili natin. We protect ourselves too much hanggang sa mas nagiging weak yung body natin over time.
If may condition ka ngayon,
kilalanin mo yung katawan mo because knowledge is power.
Listen to your doctors. Take your supplements. Pero don’t forget to move. Kahit paunti-unti. Kahit dahan-dahan.
Because health is not about being perfect. It’s about choosing to fight for your body every single day. 🤍
