The Process Improvement Supervisor is responsible for leading the development, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s policies, manuals, regulations, and operational procedures.
This role ensures that key processes are clearly defined, consistently applied, and aligned with the organization’s governance framework.
By working closely with various departments, the Supervisor drives standardization and enhances operational efficiency through well-structured and up-to-date documentation.
Key Responsibilities
· Draft, review and update policies, SOPs, manuals, process flows
· Review and improve company processes
· Coordinate with different departments
· Maintain proper document control
· Support governance and process standardization initiatives
Qualifications
· Graduate of Business, Management, Legal Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related course
· At least 3 years of related experience
· Strong writing, analytical, coordination skills
· Experience in SOPS, manuals, process documentation, QA, compliance, or operations is a plus.

· Prepare trackers, reports, and documentation updates.
Qualifications

· At least 1 year of related experience

· Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
