Tried a detox dome and here’s my (very hot) take 😌✨
Not something I’d rely on as a full “detox” (our bodies already do that beautifully), but I did enjoy the warmth, sweat, and calming reset, especially for muscle recovery.
A little reminder that wellness therapies can support us, but it’s still our daily habits (movement, rest, hydration, nourishment) that create the foundation 🌿
