✔️Transcript of Records (TOR) if college graduate
✔️Marriage Contract if married

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
✔️3pcs passport-sized photos with collar (white background with full name)
✔️1 Valid ID (4 copies) with 3 signatures
