About the Role:
The Civil Engineer will lead and oversee the technical assessment, design, implementation, and monitoring of small-scale infrastructure rehabilitation and construction works under the flood response project in BARMM. These may include WASH facilities, footbridges, drainage systems, and repairs to community centers. The engineer ensures that all construction activities adhere to safety, quality, and humanitarian standards, are climate- and disaster-resilient, and are implemented in coordination with local authorities and communities.
