Last July 12, we had our much-awaited Team Building at Phillip’s Sanctuary! Employees from different departments and our sister company came together for a fun and exciting day. We were grouped into four awesome teams: Team Lebron, Team Narra, Team Tarzan, and Team Metal—each bringing their own energy and teamwork!

We joined different challenges that tested our strength, teamwork, and communication. Some became leaders, others gave support, and all of us worked hard and had fun. The best part? We learned to help each other and showed our core values: Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, and Teamwork.

🏆 Big congratulations to Team Lebron for winning this year’s team building! But more than that, we’re happy we ended the day as ONE TENFOLD FAMILY. Thank you to our bosses and management for making this fun day happen!

✅ Willing to do fieldwork and meet sales targets
✅ Knows how to communicate with clients and close deals

🔹MESSENGER / COLLECTOR
✅ With motorcycle is an advantage
✅ Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby areas
✅ Trustworthy and punctual
✅ Able to collect payments and submit reports on time

🔹FABRICATION WELDER
✅ With experience in MIG Welding
✅ Can read and interpret technical drawings
✅ Physically fit and hardworking
✅ Team player and fast learner

🔹DELIVERY DRIVER
✅ With Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1, 2, 3)
✅ Familiar with delivery routes in NCR and nearby provinces
✅ Can assist in loading/unloading
✅ Responsible and can handle delivery receipts/documents
