Job Description:
Technical Assistant will work under direct supervision of the team lead. Responsibilities will require daily interactions with the company employees; they must work with minimal supervision and also work with a team setting.
Job Qualification, Knowledge and Skills:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least (1) one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Desktop Maintenance and Support – adequately address hardware and software troubles throughout the client’s location
- Telecoms Maintenance and Support - Monitoring and maintenance of network connections of all local phones (handsets and soft phones).
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Should be able to multitask and prioritize good time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also preferred
- Should be able to work independently but also as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to team lead
- Assist in handling routine customer issues.
- Answer and respond to customer calls and messages.
- Redirect customer calls to corresponding engineers and technicians.
- Perform tests and repairs on all IT gadgets.
- Provide technical services to customers on time.
- Keep abreast of the technical developments to provide excellent service to client
