Today, we did more than recite a pledge, we embraced a responsibility that extends far beyond this ceremony. Guided by the theme, "Pamumunong may dangal, prinsipyo, at pananagutan," we begin a journey defined not by the positions we hold, but by the character we embody, the principles we uphold, and the impact we create.

Leadership is not measured by the title we carry, but by the trust we earn, the service we render, and the lives we positively influence.
