Every decision here was intentional — the double-volume living space that draws the eye upward, the chevron marble floor that anchors the room with movement, the exposed brick wall that reminds you this is a structure with character, not just finish.

Natural light was treated as a material. The full-height steel-framed glazing doesn’t just connect interior to exterior — it dissolves the boundary between the living room and the garden beyond.
The pool becomes part of the composition. The sky becomes part of the ceiling.

The mezzanine floats above without interrupting. The kitchen sits behind without hiding. The dining area presides over the space without competing. Each zone has its own gravity — yet the whole breathes as one.
