Gorated Innovation Labs Inc. is again opening up internship opportunities for their next batch of Talent Development Program Trainees. If you are looking to have a serious career as a software developer in the ever-competitive tech industry, this is an entry-level program designed for you.

As mentioned in the Talent Development Framework that we shared a few months ago, one of our aims is to help the industry to produce quality talents by immersing interns in our day-to-day production workflow.

Chosen interns will have the following:

- Code review and mentorship from our Senior Software Developers

- Knowledge and experience in designing and developing software products being used by Fortune 500 companies

- Exposed to our progressive talent level structure and team culture which will help in shaping their career moving forward

- Be up-to-date on new trends and technologies from our Lightning Talks session

- Free daily lunch

After 60 days of the internship program, the chosen interns will get a shot of being a full-time software developer. We just onboard a new set of full-time software developers from the last season of the Talent Development Program.
