[12th Advanced Course on RIA for Priority Agencies of the Anti-Red Tape Authority]

Congratulations to the 35 participants from the Professional Regulation Commission, National Irrigation Administration, National Economic and Development Authority - Region X, DOJ - Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution, DOH - Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau, DOF - Bureau of the Treasury, and the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan who completed the DAP Modernizing Government Regulations Program’s Advanced Course on Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) conducted on 4-6 and 11-13 July 2023 via Zoom Teleconferencing.

Through ARTA’s initiative in providing capability development activities for priority agencies, the selected participants successfully performed detailed RIA by using various analytical methods, and were able to develop Regulatory Impact Statement or RIS for their identified regulations.
