Sobrang solid na investment ang real estate, pwede mong tirhan habang pinapataas ang value ng property, pwede ding maging rental business at source ng passive income pero bago ka ma-excite make sure panuorin mo ito para makaiwas sa iba't ibang uri ng mga real estate scam.
Be smart, and magtiwala lang sa legit real estate agents.
