This is year seven for us on this project.

Seven years means we've worked with three different leaderships, three different production teams, and navigated three different design directions and style preferences. Every page we create goes through a global group office for approval. The deadlines? They get tighter every year—not because anyone's trying to make it hard, but because that's how corporate timelines work.

We handle the copyrighting, the editing, the design, and the layout. And we've never missed a deadline.

The design direction changed this year. The production process changed. The people we worked with changed. What didn't change: our commitment to deliver excellent work and help the FWD team do their jobs well.

We're grateful they keep trusting us with this. Seven years isn't automatic. It's earned—one report, one deadline, one delivery at a time.

There's something special about photographing people who are really good at what they do. 📸

We've been managing the ACCRALAW website for 8 years now — so when it was time to photograph their newest associates — fresh from the bar — for the site, they called us again. And we showed up the way we always do. Music on, energy high, zero pressure. Taking time with every single person to find their best angle, their real smile, the pose that says this is me at my best.
