We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the engineering team that builds our Chatbot Development Agency.

You will work closely with senior leadership, product management, designers, experienced engineers; to build our Chatbots from the ground up and launch it to our customers and partners; be part of onboarding technical engagement with clients; build infrastructural integration diagrams considering efficiency and security; write high-level technical documentation; Manage a team of developers and lead the product delivery. Our development environment is agile with continuous releases.

Our Team Lead Developer must have knowledge in all stages of software development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coach a team of developers using Agile methodology and traditional project management principles, product, and features delivery practices.
- Create progress reports and initiatives to management, technology officers, and board of the organization
- Partake in hiring and evaluating engineers and/or developers.
- Integrate multiple data sources and databases (e.g AD, Legacy, Cloud) into chatbot custom CRM.
- Creating a solution prototype covering technical and business requirements for client onboarding.
- Defining procedure and process to ensure solution delivery.
- Maintaining cloud infrastructure, security, and access control.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications (chatbots).
- Implement security and data protection and understands data privacy compliance.
- Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Ensure up to date and industry standards development technology.
- Maintain relevant data metrics and expand chatbot analytics platform.
- Creating multi-level documentation from Technical Requirements, Architecture Diagrams, Infrastructure Design, and Application processes.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience with development and coaching with outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban) or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings at multiple levels of organization and understanding of facilitation techniques.
- Has mentored junior software developers on design patterns, CI/CD, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs.
- Understands emerging technology development models.
- Experienced with all ancillary technologies necessary for Internet applications: HTTP, TCP/IP, POP/SMTP, SAP, AD Java/JEE, Spring, JSON, XML, REST, NoSQL Database(DynamoDB, MongoDB), Distributed System, RDBMS, ePub3, MVC frameworks, Design Patterns, Javascript, JQuery, GWT, JSON, GraphQL
- Able to work with high scalability projects involving cloud-based infrastructure design and implementation.
- Successful track record of developing quality software products and shipping production-ready software.
- In-depth understanding of distributed data model.
- In-depth understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) model in the online environment.
- Has a strong foundation of using version control softwares.
- Knowledge of computer equipment and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
- Advanced experience with both cloud and legacy computing such as AWS, Azure, IIS, VM, Containers, and Serverless.
- Willing to work immediately.
