Coach Chappy is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, nutrition coach, and performance enhancement coach. Aside from handling personal clients, he is also the current head strength and conditioning coach of the Alab Pilipinas basketball team, the Petrogazz Angels volleyball team, as well as the University of the Philippines men's basketball team. He is also a lecturer for the University of the Philippines, College of Human Kinetics, a resource person, speaker, and workshop leader for many corporations and conventions.

Aside from being a full-time physician, Doc Candy enjoys giving lectures about wellness and sustainable healthy lifestyles to various groups.
