๐€๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ฎ๐ž ๐Ž๐ค๐จ๐ฒ. Grated kalabasa with shrimps in cornstarch slurry made of cornstarch (syempre ๐Ÿ™ƒ), egg, water, salt, pepper and the yummiest ๐“๐š๐›๐š ๐ง๐  ๐“๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ค๐š ever. Then, fried to golden brown perfection! YUM!!!

Rainy days call for a bowl of hot steaming soup! I think were gonna try this ๐Œ๐ข๐ฑ๐ž๐ ๐’๐ž๐š๐Ÿ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐’๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ recipe by Beng Arciga Garcia, where she used the taba ng talangka from Puro. YUM!!!

Puro TnT Mixed Seafood Soup

Ingredients:
250 g, mussels
250 g, clams
250 g, squid (cut into rings)
2 tbsps, Puro Taba ng Talangka
3 cups, fish stock (or chicken stock)
8 pcs, med to large shelled shrimps
4 cloves, minced garlic
1 small chopped onion
1 cup, heavy cream
2 tbsps, olive oil
chopped parsely
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
Heat oil in medium temp. Sautรฉ onions until almost translucent, add garlic. Then, add Puro TnT!!! Blend well.

Throw in the clams & shells (that have been thoroughly cleaned & debearded) and saute for about 5-10 mins. Then, add the shrimps, squid rings and celery. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Add the stock (you can use chicken broth in the absence of fish stock). Lower the heat, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Then, add heavy cream.

Adjust seasoning as needed. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with some garlic butter baguette toasts. Serves 2-3 people. Happy eating!

๐‚๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ค๐ž๐ง ๐’๐จ๐ฉ๐š๐ฌ. Ang sarap humigop ng mainit na sabaw! Used fusilli pasta for this one and topped it with crunchy garlic bits. YUM!!!

Rainy weather breakfastโ€ฆ
