Good day dear tenants,
We have discrepancies on the applied rates for our Manila Water Bill this month. We have indicated on your monthly statements (period: Sept 15-Oct 15) that the water rate is 87.00.
We received the Manila Water bill just now and the applied rate should be 89.00 instead of 87.00 (short of 2.00). We will send the statement separately for the short of 2.00 next month.
The computations are indicated below. Pls be informed. Thank you. 🙏
