At the National AI & Skills Summit 2026, Viventis Executive Director, Yu Ming Chin opened the day with a call to action for leaders, organizations, and institutions across the country.

Rather than viewing AI as a distant trend or technological challenge, he urged the audience to see it as an opportunity to build—build talent, build capabilities, build partnerships, and ultimately build a workforce prepared for the future.

His message served as a reminder that the Philippines has an opportunity not only to adapt to change, but to actively shape what comes next.

"AI is not the work of the future anymore—it is how we work now."
